We support Councillors in their representative role on the Inner and Outer ENE Area Committees and in community engagement. We implement the Council's ENE Area Delivery Plans through working with partner agencies.  We work with service providers to improve the well being of local residents, particularly in the priority neighbourhoods of Chapeltown and Harehills, Beckhill and Moor Allerton.
