IMPaCT Action Plan

Chapeltown and Harehills fall within the 3% most deprived areas in the UK, according to the Index of Multiple Deprivation 2004. The Government has  made additional funding available to areas that fall within the 3% on the Index – called  Safer, Stronger, Communities Fund (SSCF). This funding is part of the Leeds Local Area Agreement

The Neighbourhood Improvement Plan is a technical document that sets out how SSCF will be used to from January 2007 and March 2008.
